Jef Dupont is a partner in the Corporate Team in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Jef has advised private equity sponsors such as Apollo, KKR, BC Partners and KPS across numerous jurisdictions and sectors on a wide range of corporate finance transactions.
Following their acquisition, Jef also continues to advise portfolio companies of his private equity clients on follow-on investments, equity and incentive compensation plans for management, joint ventures and carve-out transactions as well as general corporate matters.
Jef has spent time on secondment at KKR.
