Kirkland Awarded “Serbia Deal of the Year” by CEE Legal Matters

CEE Legal Matters honored Kirkland with “Serbia Deal of the Year” at its 2025 awards ceremony, which “recognized and celebrated the largest and most important deals in [Central and Eastern Europe].”

The Firm was noted for leading two deals for BC Partners-backed United Group with a combined enterprise value of €1.5 billion: its sale of SBB doo Belgrade to e& PPF Telecom Group and for its sale of Eon TV International Ltd  and its sports broadcasting rights for the Western Balkans  to Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd.
