Counsel for laboratory diagnostics company in federal court involving claims of unfair business practices and breach of contract
Supported successful representation of real estate investment company in federal court trade secrets litigation
Assisted with dispositive briefing in state court cases alleging product liability claims against multinational manufacturing company
