Matthew is a corporate partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP and a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee.
His practice focuses on private equity and real estate, advising a full range of stakeholders across public and private corporate transactions, M&A, joint ventures and securities offerings. Matthew has been recognized as a leading private equity lawyer in the 2024 editions of Chambers UK and The Legal 500 UK and the 2023 edition of IFLR1000.
