Amir Farahani is a foreign associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on advising public and private companies, including private equity firms and strategic investors, in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions across a variety of industries.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Amir was an associate in the Toronto office of Stikeman Elliott LLP, a leading international law firm based in Canada, where he focused on M&A, capital markets and corporate/commercial matters.
