Mark Fennell is a partner in the corporate transactional group, where he concentrates his practice on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investment, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, executive compensation and equity incentive arrangements, private financings, and related general corporate counseling. He has been responsible for structuring, negotiating and closing a wide variety of these transactions.

Mark joined Kirkland in 1998 and has been a partner of the Firm since 2004.
