Jesse Foley is an associate in the Executive Compensation Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Jesse represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors, boards of directors and senior executives on a wide range of executive compensation and employee benefits matters. This work includes structuring equity and incentive compensation plans and drafting and negotiating employment, severance and change-in-control agreements. Jesse also advises clients on the executive compensation and benefits issues that arise in mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and other corporate transactions.
