Frank Gallina is a technology & IP transactions associate in Kirkland’s New York office. He advises on the intellectual property, technology and commercial aspects of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, financings and licensing deals. Frank represents private equity sponsors, public and private companies, and technology investors across a wide array of industries, including media and entertainment, life sciences, software and artificial intelligence.
