Richard Garzola Jr. is a corporate associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His work primarily focuses on advising public and private companies, strategic investors in the sports industry, and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. He counsels clients on complex matters related to corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, major league club acquisitions and investments, and joint ventures.
