Anna Geml is a partner to the Corporate Practice Group in Kirkland’s Chicago Office. Her practice focuses on counseling corporate clients in all matters of transactional risk insurance. Anna’s practice has also included the representation of private equity sponsors and other companies in connection with complex business transactions, including structuring and negotiating domestic and international mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buyouts, equity and debt financings, recapitalizations and restructurings and executive compensation and incentive equity matters, and she has counseled clients on a range of general corporate matters.
