Kimia Ghalambor is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on complex real estate transactions including joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions as well as financing, development, and management of real estate assets. She advises private equity funds, REITs, and other institutional investors in transactions involving office, retail, multifamily, industrial, hospitality and mixed-use properties.
