Rob Goodin is an associate in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions and private equity and venture capital investments. He also has significant experience representing public and private companies in connection with capital markets transactions, commercial transactions and corporate governance.

Rob is also an adjunct professor at The University of Texas School of Law where he teaches a course on transactional law and related skills entitled “Doing Deals.”
