Overview
Leo Greenberg serves as counsel to large and middle market buyout funds and their portfolio companies in a wide variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, growth capital investments, joint ventures, debt and equity financings, corporate restructurings and workouts. Leo has broad experience counseling clients in a variety of industries, including technology, software, media, healthcare, consumer products, manufacturing, financial services, logistics/transportation services, oil and gas services and retail.
In 2014, Law360 selected Leo as an “MVP of the Year” for Private Equity and as a “Rising Star.” In 2022 he was recognized as a “Highly Regarded” practitioner for his Private Equity and M&A work by IFLR1000.
