Mara Greenberg is an intellectual property associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Mara’s practice focuses on patent litigation, including matters involving medical devices, mechanical devices and biologics. Her experience covers all aspects of litigation, including discovery and depositions, claims construction, summary judgment and trial.

Mara also maintains an active pro bono practice representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States.
