Overview

Yigal M. Gross is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Yigal has extensive experience in complex financings, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions, and represents financial institutions, private equity sponsors and borrowers in such transactions.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Yigal served as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at GSCF, a Blackstone-backed global working capital platform, where he advised its senior leadership and equity holders on strategic transactions, regulatory compliance and governance matters globally, and led the company's acquisition of a major technology company's global receivables financing business.

Prior to joining GSCF, Yigal spent over a decade at major international law firms representing financial institutions, alternative capital providers, private equity sponsors, and corporate clients in significant credit, restructuring and capital markets transactions.
