Kirkland Advises D2 on Private Credit Term Loan Financing

Kirkland & Ellis advised D2 Asset Management on its provision of a private credit term loan financing to a publicly traded financial holding company which along with its bank and non-bank consolidated subsidiaries provides a wide range of business and financial solutions to independent business owners. D2 is a global investment firm that invests across the capital structure in asset-based opportunities.
