Overview
Thomas Laughlin is one of the founding partners of the Dallas office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Thomas regularly represents clients in corporate transactional matters, including mergers, controlling investments, preferred equity and other minority investments, de-SPAC SPAC transactions, divestitures, joint ventures, debt and equity financings, and restructurings.
Thomas has broad experience across many industries, including (without limitation) the energy, infrastructure, technology, business services, consumer, manufacturing, aviation, logistics, transportation and healthcare sectors.
