Kirkland Advises Improving on Acquisition of DragonSpears and InfraCloud
Kirkland & Ellis advised Improving, a technology consulting, custom software solutions and training organization, on its acquisition of DragonSpears, a software development company specializing in cloud adoption, agile coaching and DevOps services, and InfraCloud, a company specializing in AI cloud services and application modernization using cloud-native and open source technologies. Headquartered in Chicago, DragonSpears will significantly bolster Improving’s current presence in the Midwest region. The InfraCloud acquisition enables Improving to leverage the expertise of an offshore team, with its primary workforce based in Pune, India.
