Richard A. Grossmann is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He represents both U.S. and non-U.S. clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, including joint ventures and other equity capital arrangements, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and M&A transactions involving real estate and real estate-related businesses.


Memberships & Affiliations

Richard is a member of the board of directors of EB Research Partnership, a non-profit operating under a "venture philanthropy" model to fund and promote research into the development of commercializable therapies and cures for Epidermolysis Bullosa, a rare and debilitating genetic skin disorder.
