Overview

Leah Hamlin is a litigation partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, class actions and mass actions in federal and state courts across the country. Leah has represented Fortune 500 companies and other clients in matters involving contracts, fraud, defamation, products liability, antitrust and bankruptcy. She has successfully resolved cases with motions practice and represented clients at numerous trials.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Leah worked at a litigation boutique in Irvine, California. She also served as a law clerk to Judge Daniel A. Bress on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Judge Josephine L. Staton on the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
