Represented Bridge Industrial in a $430 million CMBS refinancing of two warehouse and distribution facilities in Rancho Cucamonga, California
Represented Hudson Pacific Properties in its $700 million sale of an office campus in West Los Angeles to UCLA
Represented Carlyle Global Credit on the acquisition and financing of iStar Inc.’s net lease business for an enterprise value of approximately $3 billion consisting of more than 220 assets in 25 states
Represented buyer in multiple sale-leaseback transactions with regional banks totaling more than $830 million
Represented buyer in $111 million sale-leaseback for microchip research and development facility
Represented GLP Capital Partners on its acquisition and financing of several projects, including:
- a 2-building logistics campus in Fullerton, California
- a logistics facility in Santa Clarita, California
- structuring and formation of its U.S. self-storage platform, and the fundraising and deployment of its first U.S. self-storage investment fund
Represented Blue Owl in several transactions, including:
- $1.2 billion joint venture with a hyperscaler for the development of a data center campus with expected capacity up to 42 MW, located in New Jersey. The data center is long-term leased to a hyperscaler
- $15 billion joint venture with Crusoe Energy Systems for the development of a 1.2 GW AI data center campus comprised of eight buildings and a total of 32 data halls, located in Abilene, Texas, and long-term leased to a Fortune 100 hyperscaler tenant, together with construction loan financing totaling $9.4 billion of proceeds
- $192 million sale-leaseback with Western Digital and financing of a semiconductor manufacturing facility located near San Jose, California
- $15 billion acquisition together with GIC of STORE Capital Corporation (NYSE: STOR)
- acquisition and ground lease to Bally’s Corporation of the Chicago Tribune’s Freedom Center printing plant, located in the River West neighborhood of Chicago, where Bally’s plans to construct and operate a flagship casino, hotel and entertainment complex
Represented a real estate investment group in their $250 million acquisition of more than 2,200 acres of vacant land in Nevada to be developed into data centers
Represented U.S. private equity fund in connection with its $300+ million acquisition and financing of self-storage portfolio
Represented private equity firm in its $150+ million acquisition and leaseback of casino properties located in Washington and Nevada
