Zoey Hitzert
Overview
Zoey Hitzert is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, practicing in the Capital Markets Group. She advises corporate and private equity clients on capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings and other equity offerings, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings and tender offers, exchange offers and other liability management transactions. Zoey also frequently teams with other Kirkland lawyers on complex M&A transactions. In addition, Zoey counsels her clients on general corporate, corporate governance and securities law matters.
