Sophie Hofford is an associate in Kirkland’s New York office in the GP strategic advisory and asset management M&A practice. Sophie’s practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions and structured equity transactions.
Sophie has advised leading private equity firms and corporate clients on a broad range of complex European and international M&A transactions, including minority/majority investments, leveraged buyouts, bolt-on acquisitions, spin-outs and carve-outs.
