Keith Holt is a litigation partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on complex litigation at both the federal and state levels, as well as pro bono work in the Northern District of Illinois. He has represented clients in litigation matters across a broad array of subjects, including antitrust, bankruptcy, civil rights under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, class actions, commercial law, the False Claims Act, and securities laws.
