Gregory D. Howling is a partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Greg represents private equity sponsors, investment funds and developers in structuring and financing global investments in energy and infrastructure assets, including high grade capital transactions, project financings and structured financings. As a partner in the Firm’s Hybrid Capital Solutions group and Infrastructure Finance group, Greg has extensive experience advising private equity funds and strategic investors in complex joint ventures across a variety of asset classes, including renewables, traditional power, digital infrastructure and manufacturing.
