Kirkland & Ellis advised Hadrian, an advanced industrial and defense manufacturing company building highly automated factories for America, on a $360 million revolving credit facility. This facility allows Hadrian to further invest in the advanced manufacturing infrastructure, machinery and related hardware needed to achieve its production goals. The closing of the revolving facility comes a week after Hadrian announced its Series D fundraise, which valued the company at $7.87 billion.
The Kirkland team included debt finance lawyers Roald Nashi, Linda Zang, Greg Howling and Dan Dyring.
