Jennifer Karinen is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, with a principal focus in capital markets transactions. She represents sponsors, issuers and underwriters in a range of securities-related matters, including equity offerings, high yield debt offerings, restructurings, tender and exchange offers and acquisition financing. Her practice also includes advising clients regarding general SEC compliance, disclosure and governance-related matters.
