Jennifer Karinen is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, with a principal focus in capital market transactions. She represents sponsors, issuers and underwriters in a range of securities matters, including equity offerings, high yield debt offerings, tender and exchange offers, and acquisition financing. Her practice also includes advising clients general corporate, securities law, and corporate governance matters.
