Arjun Karthikeyan is a corporate associate in the New York Office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on M&A and private equity matters, including public and private company acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions. Arjun has experience counseling public companies and their boards of directors on shareholder activism and hostile takeover response and preparedness, investor engagement, and corporate governance matters, including those related to diversity, sustainability and other ESG related issues.
