Kirkland Represents Victoria’s Secret & Co. in Successful Defense of “Vote No” Proxy Fight
Kirkland & Ellis represented Victoria’s Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSXY), a global leader in intimate apparel, in its successful defense of a “vote no” proxy fight launched by BBRC International Pte Limited and its chairman Brett Blundy that urged shareholders to vote against the Independent Chair at Victoria’s Secret’s 2026 annual meeting. Victoria’s Secret announced the preliminary vote results of its 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, at which shareholders decisively voted to re-elect all nine of the Company’s director nominees, including the Independent Chair. The result followed more than four years of engagement between Victoria’s Secret and BBRC and underscored shareholder support for the company’s substantial progress underway from executing its Path to Potential strategy.
