• Kellanova on gaining unconditional Phase 2 approval from the European Commission in relation to its $36 billion sale to Mars
• Beacon on gaining unconditional Phase 1 approval from the UK Competition and Markets Authority in relation to its acquisition of Eversholt Rail from CK Investments
• Dana on its combination with the Mobility business of Eaton in a transaction valued at $5.1 billion
• CapVest:
  • on its investment in TSG
  • on the recapitalization of Curium Pharma
  • on various transactions for the build out of Inspired Pet Nutrition, an independent pet food platform
• Thoma Bravo:
  • and HCSS on the combination with Nemetschek’s Build & Construct
  • and Auctane on the acquisition of WWEX
  • on the definitive agreement to acquire PROS
• Francisco Partners and its portfolio company, Kobalt, on the sale to Primary Wave
• KKR:
  • on a $7 billion strategic investment co-led by KKR and Apollo in Keurig Dr Pepper
  • on its $250 million investment in Henry Schein
• KKR-backed Marelli on antitrust aspects of its Chapter 11 process

• Google in relation to the EU’s Digital Markets Act and digital markets regulation around the globe
• Google in relation to the appeal to the European Court of Justice in the Google Android case
• Whirlpool Corporation on gaining unconditional Phase 2 approval from the UK Competition and Markets Authority in relation to the combination of its and Arçelik’s EMEA major domestic appliances business
