Kirkland Advises Accel-KKR on Take-Private of Eleco plc

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Avocet Bidco Limited, a newly formed company which will, as at closing, be indirectly owned by funds managed and/or advised by Accel-KKR, on the recommended all cash acquisition of the entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital of Eleco plc. The acquisition price values the entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital of Eleco plc at approximately £207.6 million.
