Blackstone Real Estate on the privatisation of Soilbuild Business Space REIT for US$525 million
CITIC Capital as an investor in the acquisition of 28% stake for US$3 billion in Mangrove 3 Ltd., the property management arm of China Evergrande Group
Permira as the lead investor in Full Truck Alliance Co. Ltd., China’s largest online B2B marketplace for commercial freight, connecting truckers and shippers
Waterland Private Equity on its contemplated acquisition of a 50% stake in The Cookware Company group, a Belgium-based cookware manufacturer with global presence, including sales office and production facilities in South Korea and China
Temasek on its growth equity investment in D3 Bio, a global biotech company focused on oncology and immunology
AustralianSuper on the acquisition of a stake in Peel Ports Group, the second largest port group in the UK valuing Peel Ports at around £4 billion
