Karizma Kaur is a financial services regulatory associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Karizma has experience advising alternative investment funds and sponsors on the regulatory issues relating to the structuring, formation and ongoing operation of private investment funds across a variety of asset classes.
She has extensive experience advising on UK and EU financial regulation, including in relation to MiFID II, AIFMD, FSMA, and the FCA’s rules and guidance.
In addition, Karizma has experience advising on the regulatory aspects of M&A transactions involving financial services firms, including assisting with change in control analyses, preparation of change in control filings and related workstreams.
