Jacob Kempf is a corporate associate in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Jacob advises both domestic and international clients on a wide spectrum of energy-related transactions, offering comprehensive services from initial planning through to project completion and ongoing operations. He provides strategic counsel across the energy, energy transition, hydrogen, oil and gas, LNG and power sectors, and has additional experience in joint-venture formation and corporate structuring.
