• Horizon Acquisition Corporation II in its proposed US$3.1 billion business combination with Epic Aero, Inc., a subscription-based private aviation company operating Flexjet and other brands
• Magna International Inc. in its US$1.525 billion acquisition of the Veoneer Active Safety business from SSW Partners
• Rogers Communications Inc. in its CDN$26 billion acquisition of Shaw Communications Inc., combining Canada’s two largest cable providers 
• Ad hoc committee of lenders in its CDN$1.2 billion credit bid acquisition of Cirque du Soleil 
• Onex Corporation in its CDN$5 billion acquisition of WestJet Airlines Ltd.
