Overview

Elizabeth (Liz) Kraus is an antitrust and competition partner in the Miami office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Liz advises clients on a broad range of antitrust matters, including the antitrust aspects of mergers & acquisitions, government investigations, and general business practices and counseling. Liz routintely appears before the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. Liz represents clients in a broad range of industries, including healthcare and pharmaceutical, technology, retail, consumer products, insurance, aerospace, industrial and more. Liz has also represented clients in litigation matters in state and federal courts and arbitration.
