Kirkland & Ellis advised Apax Digital Funds on its investment in Inspectorio, Inc., a production-chain management platform. With this investment, Inspectorio will accelerate the buildout of its commercial infrastructure, strengthen its leadership team with key hires, and continue to invest in product development.
