Emma Lange-Novak is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she concentrates her practice on complex business transactions. She represents publicly traded companies, private companies and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a variety of matters, including mergers, acquisitions, follow-on investments, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and restructurings, minority equity investments (including venture capital investments), executive compensation and equity incentive arrangements and general corporate counseling and compliance.
