Aisha Lavinier is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She advises public and private companies, as well as private equity sponsors, on their most complex business transactions, both domestic and cross-border. Aisha’s practice spans the full spectrum of M&A and investment activity, including strategic mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buyouts, minority and growth equity investments, joint ventures, recapitalizations, restructurings and related financing transactions.

She has significant experience guiding clients through transformative deals across a wide range of industries, including software and technology, specialty chemicals, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, retail and consumer products, transportation and logistics, data centers and infrastructure. Known for her ability to navigate multifaceted legal and business issues, Aisha partners with clients to structure and negotiate transactions that advance their strategic and financial objectives.
