Jessica Lee is a litigation partner in the Dallas office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Jessica has extensive experience litigating complex commercial, consumer protection, and civil liberty cases at the trial and appellate level. She has particular experience drafting critical motions and appeals in state and federal court.
Before joining Kirkland, Jessica secured summary judgment on behalf of large companies such as General Electric. During her time as an Assistant Solicitor General for West Virginia, she argued before the West Virginia Supreme Court and represented the State and its agencies in the federal courts of appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
