Overview
Victoria Legg is a corporate partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Victoria has experience in private equity and infrastructure transactions, private mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, acting for private equity investors, infrastructure investors and other financial investors globally. She advises on a broad range of corporate law matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, leveraged buyouts, portfolio company assistance and corporate advisory work.

- Advising Eagle Street Partners on the formation of a joint venture with Harrison Street to acquire and develop a 554-residential-unit multiphase development at East Road in Dublin, Ireland
- Advising EW Healthcare Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in Grundium Oy
- Advising CPP Investments and Motive Partners on the $1.4 billion investment in FNZ, a global wealth management platform
- Advising BC Partners on the sale of UK based mental healthcare provider Elysium Healthcare to Ramsay Health Care
- Advising Davies Group, a portfolio company of BC Partners, on the acquisition of global consulting firm Sionic Group from Livingbridge and management
- Advising Fox Corporation on the joint venture with Gordon Ramsay to jointly form new production entity STUDIO RAMSAY GLOBAL
- Advising BC Partners on the sale of European pharmaceutical company Pharmathen to Partners Group
- Advising BC Partners on the acquisition of a significant stake in Valtech, a global digital services and business transformation agency
- Advising Bain Capital Credit on its acquisition, by way of a joint venture with J.C. Flowers & Co., of a minority stake in The Co-operative Bank, a retail and commercial bank in the U.K.
- Advising funds advised by Apax on the definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Lutech SpA, a leading Italian IT services, software and technology company
- Advising Leif Höegh & Co. Ltd. and funds managed by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners, through a joint venture vehicle, to acquire the shares in Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd listed on the Oslo Børs
- Advising Flexpoint Ford LLC on its recommended cash acquisition of AFH Financial Group Plc, a financial planning-led wealth management firm
- Advising Bain Capital Credit on the acquisition of a Cypriot Credit Acquiring Company holding a portfolio of non-performing corporate, SME and consumer and mortgage loans from the National Bank of Greece
- Advising BC Partners on its acquisition of Keesing, a leading European braintainment business, from Ergon Capital and Mediahuis
- Advising CPP Investments and its consortium partners on the acquisition of Galileo Global Education, a private post-secondary education group
- Advising Hospital Topco, majority owned by Centerbridge Partners and KKR, in connection with the GBP 1.8 billion disposal of BMI Healthcare and the GHG Group to Circle Health and Medical Properties Trust
- Advising Siris Capital and Mavenir Group, the industry's only end-to-end cloud-native network software provider for CSPs, in connection with Silver Rock’s USD 125 million preferred financing investment in Mavenir Group Holdings Limited
- Advising BC Partners on its GBP 2 billion investment in Advanced Computer Software, a provider of business software solutions
