Kirkland Advises BC Partners on IPO of Shawbrook Alongside Pollen Street

Kirkland & Ellis represented BC Partners in connection with the IPO of Shawbrook, a UK-based savings and lending bank, alongside Pollen Street Capital. The offer price has been set at 370 pence per share, implying a market capitalisation at the commencement of conditional dealings of approximately £1.92 billion.
