Overview

Cameron Lindsay is an intellectual property litigation associate in the Austin office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on patent and trade secret litigation in federal district court and the International Trade Commission. Cameron has applied his background in electrical engineering to litigation involving semiconductor fabrication, computer memory design and software.

Prior to law school, Cameron worked at a global consulting firm assessing economic damages in IP disputes across a range of industries from medical devices to oil and gas. He also provided economic insight to clients in connection with IP portfolio monetization and strategic decision-making. Cameron is a registered patent attorney at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
