Laura Linschoten is a financial services regulatory associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Laura has experience advising alternative investment fund sponsors on regulatory aspects relating to the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds across a variety of asset classes.
Laura also has experience in M&A for the financial services sector in the UK, Ireland and Australia.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Laura advised investment firms and crypto service providers / exchanges on European and Irish law and has financial service advisory experience in the Australian market.
