• A large Australian investment bank on its various credit strategies including the launch of its direct lending platform.
• A US-headquartered sponsor on the establishment of its European direct lending strategy.
• A London-headquartered sponsor on its flagship infrastructure fund.
• Canadian and European pension plans on their primaries, co-investments and separate managed accounts.
• A large Middle Eastern sovereign wealth investor on its cross-strategy investment programmes, including co-investment arrangements and separate managed accounts.
• A global fintech company on the establishment of its European fintech platform and the structuring and launch of its various fund products, focusing on providing broader access to the private funds market across a variety of asset classes.
• A consortium of global energy corporates with respect to their cornerstone investment in a European renewables fund.
