• Represented multinational technology corporation against class action alleging breach of contract and unfair competition in motion practice, discovery and related hearings.
• Represented financial institution against class action alleging breach of contract in motion practice, resulting in the denial of class certification.
• Represented vehicle manufacturer in connection with SEC investigation, resulting in the SEC closing the investigation with no action.
