Overview

Eric Loverro is an associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Eric’s practice focuses on litigation and counseling in the fields of copyright, trademark, internet/social media, trade secret, and advertising law. He represents and advises clients in a range of industries, including entertainment, sports, video games, media, and technology. Eric has experience with various stages of litigation, including fact discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal, and in a variety of fora.

Eric also represents non-profit corporations and low-income individuals in various pro bono matters, including intellectual property advice and immigration matters relating to LGBTQ+ and HIV+ asylum claims.
