Since joining Kirkland, Lauren has been involved in the following representative matters:
- Represented Trinity Hunt Partners in its investment in Fisher Management Partners, a management consulting firm, to establish a value creation services platform
- Represented Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments) on a $1.75 billion investment to support EQT’s strategy to build AI Infrastructure, led by global data center developer and operator EdgeConneX
- Represented I Squared Capital on acquisition of a portfolio of ten data center facilities from Cogent Fiber, LLC, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Cogent Communications Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: CCOI), for $225 million in cash
Prior to joining Kirkland, Lauren was involved in the following representative matters:
- Represented Senderra RX Partners, LLC in its strategic growth investment by Nautic Partners
- Represented HCA Healthcare in a number of matters, including:
- its acquisition of 13 urgent care centers in North Texas
- its acquisition of a majority interest in ASCs from SCA Health
