• In re Roundup Products Liability Litigation. Trial and appellate counsel in numerous product liability trials across the country, as well as in the federal multidistrict litigation arising from allegations that glyphosate-based herbicides contributed to development of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.*
• Sky Valley Education Center PCB Litigation. Trial and appellate counsel in product liability trials arising from alleged injuries caused by exposure to PCBs in lighting fixtures at school located in Washington state.*
  

Class Actions

• Stock Loan Antitrust Litigation. Class counsel for investor-plaintiffs alleging anticompetitive bank collusion in relation to the multitrillion-dollar securities-lending market, obtaining class certification leading to widely publicized class settlement.*
• Risinger v. SOC. Counsel defending government defense contractor against employment class action involving contract and fraud claims of security guards serving on U.S. foreign military bases, designing and implementing discovery and briefing strategy that resulted in de-certification of class notwithstanding appellate affirmation of original certification order.*

• Lead trial counsel in AAA arbitrations in multiple jurisdictions on behalf of healthcare payor/insurer in nation-wide dispute with provider networks over terms of participation and service agreements.*
• Counsel for pharmaceutical innovator in billion-dollar royalty dispute between client and its international commercialization partner arising from contractual ambiguity relating to drug’s patent exclusivity.*
• Counsel to private equity investor and refinery operator company in high-stakes AAA arbitration arising from dispute over contractual pricing terms of crude oil supply agreement.*
