Ashley Martin is a corporate associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and is a member of the Firm’s Debt Finance Practice Group. She focuses her practice on advising corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors and other private and public companies on a variety of debt financing transactions, including cross-border and domestic acquisition financings, first and second lien credit facilities, middle market and large cap financings and restructuring transactions.
